GUEST HEALTH SAFETY PROTOCOL

In accordance with the health safety protocol, issued by the federal government and in compliance with the technical health security guidelines established therein, Hotel Nochistlán publishes the health measures established within our facilities, for the safety and protection of both guests and employees.

Lobby​

Body temperature measurement is performed using an infrared thermometer.

Healthy distance and disinfectant mat

At the entrance, containers with disinfectant solution for shoes. Automatic dispenser with sensor for sanitizing material.

Antibacterial gel and face mask

Application of antibacterial liquid for hand disinfection. Each guest will be asked to wear a mask.

Constant deep cleaning

Cleaning and disinfection of the area (floor, walls, windows, switches, desk, doors, etc.) and of the devices and equipment that come into contact with the staff and guests. Constant sanitization of doors, handles, couches, chairs, counters, stairs, railings.

Constant deep cleaning

Cleaning and sanitation of all areas of the room and accessories such as handles, furniture, tv controls. The walls, windows and doors are rigorously cleaned. The linens are removed and changed after each use.

Protective equipment for collaborators

The staff of the housekeeping department (maids and waiters in public areas) has protective equipment, such as gloves, face masks and safety glasses.

Waste

The cleaning of toilets and garbage cans will be carried out under strict safety and hygiene controls, as well as the disposal of waste.

Sanitization after each guest

The room is sanitized with aerosol, the windows are always kept open to maintain constant ventilation of the place prior to assigning it again.

Dining room

Furniture disinfection: constant and rigorous cleaning and disinfection of the area, self-service machines, tables, chairs, and other furniture.

Healthy distance: our guests will be asked to respect the distribution of places at the tables, observing the healthy distance.

Disinfectant mat: placement of containers with disinfectant solution for shoe soles at entrances and exits.

Antibacterial gel: there is an automatic sanitizing material dispenser.

Use of disposable napkins: the tables include single-use napkins for greater hygiene, as well as cleaning tables and chairs with disinfectant towels.

Even higher cleaning standards: cleaning and disinfection of the area and equipment that meets our customers, handles, doors, railings, switches, computers, desks, tables, stationery, screens and flipchart.

Sanitizing mat: sanitizing shoe mats.

Healthy distance: maximum capacity control to maintain healthy distance measurements.

Sanitization after each event: seats and public areas are disinfected at the end of each meeting or event.

Public Area Bathrooms

Disinfection and sanitization program: there is a disinfection and sanitization program on floors, walls and surfaces that come into contact with customers.

Soap dispensers: bathrooms equipped with soap dispensers in addition to a sanitizing gel dispenser.
